Usui Reiki
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Reiki for Everyone
Many men feel that Reiki Healing is aimed more for women, which isn’t the case at all. Reiki can be performed on any gender, any age. Western culture dictates that men should be strong and independent, and remain silent on what is going on inside them – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
This belief can have dramatic consequences on one’s life, and cause problems such as stress and depression. Reiki can be incredibly beneficial as it provides a safe space where one can delve deeper within, reducing stress and anxiety to help improve wellbeing, leading to a longer, healthier life.
Reiki is a non-intrusive treatment that can be performed over clothes, with no touching required. During the session, Here I will sense your energy and clear out any blockages you may have. After the healing, I will give you advice on how to maintain your energy levels and discuss a plan for moving forward.

Did you know reiki can be sent across all space and time? and still have the same benefits as though you was visiting in person. Perhaps you would like reiki sent to a future event like going for an interview or a work meeting even perhaps you don’t quite like travelling so you might want to feel relaxed and calm when travelling on a plane? Did you think reiki was just for us humans, well think again. Reiki can also be sent to furry animals, dogs, cats, horses and even Hamsters. Have you ever wondered why dogs like to be petted all the time or follow us around well that’s because they connect to us humans on a deeper level than you may think. They can sense when we are in pain and also when we are feeling unwell. Animals also come to us when they are feeling unwell.
